Mural pricing typically ranges from $30 to $100 per square foot, based on:

• Wall surface and prep needs
• Complexity and style of the artwork
• Size, height, and accessibility
• Travel, lift rental, sealing, or weatherproofing

A non-refundable deposit secures your project and covers:

• Up to 3 initial concept sketches
• 2 design revisions
• 3 planning meetings (via email, phone, or in person)

Further revisions or mid-project changes may require adjusted fees and timelines.

• Wall material (brick, wood, drywall, metal, etc.)
• Approximate dimensions (height × width)
• Indoor or outdoor location
• Weather/environmental conditions
• Accessibility for equipment or scaffolding

• Color palette: Any preferences or dislikes?
• Style: Realism, abstract, graffiti, minimal, etc.
• Elements: People, landscapes, logos, text, themes
• Supporting Images: Have you seen, or do you have images that inspire you or match the theme you're going for? Gathering those can help!

• Target dates or deadlines (business launches, events, etc.)
• Access to the space during which hours?
• Note: Murals often book weeks or months in advance

By accessing or using ChadCaso.Com, purchasing artwork, booking commissions, or interacting with our content, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all site visitors, customers, and clients.

1. Services Offered: We offer original artwork, mural services, prints, stickers, and digital products. Custom commissions are subject to individual agreements, timelines, and pricing.

2. Booking & Deposits: To reserve a mural commission or custom artwork, a non-refundable deposit is required. Your project is not booked until the deposit is received and confirmed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date may incur up to 50% of the total fee. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed based on availability.

4. Ownership & Licensing: All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. Clients receive a license to display commissioned murals, but may not replicate or resell without written permission.

5. Site Conditions for Murals: The client is responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and weather-ready site. Access to water and electricity may be required.

6. Design Revisions: Custom artwork includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may result in added charges. Final approval is required before painting or delivery begins.

7. Product Sales: All merchandise sales are final unless defective. Damage claims must be submitted with photos within 7 days of receiving the product.

8. Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for delays due to weather, materials, or unforeseen circumstances, nor for damage to artwork after completion.

9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
